Your Career

With Cloud Identity Engine, we’re building the foundations of the next inflection point in the security industry by combining our deep expertise in security with the state of the art in large-scale infrastructure for data processing. We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer to design, develop and deliver next-generation technologies within our Cloud Identity Engine team that bridges cloud-based data processing and security disciplines to solve real world

problems.

Your Impact

  • Be an integral member of our Cloud Identity Engine team responsible for software architecture, design and development

  • Work with different development and quality assurances groups to achieve the best quality

  • Suggest and implement improvements to the development process Interview, mentor and coach new team members

Your Experience

  • At least 6 years of experience in software development, preferably with Python or Javascript/NodeJS

  • Implemented multiple big features in polyglot codebases and can easily visualize the changes required for most features or bug fixes

  • Fast learner and eager to absorb new emerging technologies

  • Able to troubleshoot system-level integration and performance issues

  • Can-do attitude on problem-solving, quality and ability to execute

  • High energy and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Working experience with MongoDB, Redis and RabbitMQ is a plus

  • Experience on Cloud platforms such as GCP (GKE) or AWS (EKS) with HELM charts and service mesh is a plus

  • Experience with OAuth, SAML/OIDC or SCIM is a big plus

  • BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent military experience required

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $170,000/yr to $275,000/yr.
