Cedar Fair Human Resources Compliance Associate in SANTA CLARA, California

Overview:

Earn $23.00/hr.

Joining our California’s Great America team means you’ll be responsible for managing and maintaining human resources records and assisting with employee needs

You’ll also…

  • Audit and monitor all departments staffing and rest and meal times daily to ensure they are in compliance with company, state and federal labor laws.

  • Conduct daily field audits of daily break schedules and weekly schedules for all departments.

  • Conduct audits for certifications.

  • Perform administrative tasks, including entry of employment data in a variety of computer systems.

  • Assist in recruiting efforts by screening applications.

  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external guests.
