• In this role as Salesforce.com Developer with Health Cloud you will be a technical expert in the SFDC CoE, with a special focus on Salesforce.com Health Cloud solutions

• You will use your SFDC technical skills to help BI leverage Health Cloud in the technical landscape under the SFDC CoE. You will provide knowledge and guidance on how to successfully utilize SFDC and Health Cloud in a multi-org global environment and implement technical solutions it to the maximum benefit of the wider organization.

• You will guarantee that stakeholders know how SFDC, and Health Cloud operates, work with platform and solution colleagues to ensure that technical designs are fit-for-purpose, and that Health Cloud solutions are built for the long term alongside other core SFDC technologies.

• You will be directly involved in development, improvement, quality assurance, and maintenance of your respective assigned applications using your technical knowledge and experience; along with guiding project managers and product owners on how to use the software for the greatest benefit. You will also be expected to work in other SFDC technologies, such as Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, along with platform development.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Advise on best usage of the Salesforce.com Platform including Health Cloud – responsible to guide methods of implementation, integration, and value. Including direct work with architects and technical delivery teams to ensure that Salesforce.com solutions are fit for purpose and adhere to good practices.

• Technical implementation of features, changes, bug fixes, and similar for SFDC applications assigned to you in declarative or programmatic manner. Including documentation, testing, and deployments in line with company and industry best practices.

• Work closely with Business, System Leads and functional peers to understand the business needs that are solved with Salesforce.com Platform and Health Cloud, including proposals for implementations and enhancements. Familiar with regulatory compliance topics, and how they interact with SFDC technology.

• Ensure overall design and implementation quality considering storage, object limits, governor limits, data architecture, and user experience of Health Cloud solutions.

• Be involved in platform wide initiatives, and operational tasks. such as stakeholder engagement, platform utilisation/governance, education of SFDC in the organization, and offering improvement suggestions on how to deliver more value through the SFDC platform to BI.

Requirements

• Deep experience as a Salesforce senior developer (e.g., Platform, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud) and/or technical lead, including proven experience of using Health Cloud including design, implementation, and operations.

• Familiar with developing and implementing solutions on SFDC, including performance, security, integrations, and data models (Health Cloud in particular).

• Knowledge of customization and programming with APEX code, Triggers, LWC, Salesforce API activities like Flows, Approval Process and related Salesforce.com technologies. Troubleshooting and debugging skills.

• Salesforce.com Admin 1 or Platform Developer 1 certification necessary.

• Strong and clear communicator, familiar with stakeholder management and technical discussions, with excellent spoken and written English. Experience working in an international and intercultural environment and availability to travel.

Nice to have:

• Experience of working in large multi-org environments is highly valuable, as is exposure to Veeva CRM. Experience of the above working in a pharmaceutical context highly favorable

• Other SFDC certifications are valued.
