What You’ll Be Doing:
Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
Reconcile general ledger accounts with a laser focus on accuracy to maintain clean financial records.
Assist in managing accounts payable/receivable workflows, ensuring seamless operations across departments.
Provide support during audits, gathering necessary documentation for compliance purposes.
Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting projects, helping shape the company’s financial strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
2–3 years of experience in accounting roles; corporate or public accounting experience highly preferred.
Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks, Netsuite, or similar ERP systems.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) to analyze complex data sets effortlessly.
A growth mindset, attention to detail, and exceptional problem-solving skills that drive results.
