Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare roles, including RNs, medical assistants, and administrative staff.
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and build comprehensive recruitment strategies.
Source top-tier candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and proactive outreach.
Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
Manage candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure timely communication with all applicants.
Stay informed on healthcare hiring trends and labor market conditions to adjust hiring practices as needed.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
Experience: 3–5 years of recruiting experience in the healthcare industry or a similar niche.
Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or Indeed.
