We are partnering with a reputable car dealership located in San Diego, California, and we are seeking a file clerk to join our team. The file clerk will play a critical role in ensuring that the dealership runs smoothly and efficiently by maintaining accurate and organized records.
Organize and maintain physical and electronic files and records related to car sales and purchases
Assist with scanning, filing, and archiving documents
Retrieve files and documents as needed to support dealership operations
Respond to requests for information from customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
This is a contract position - therefore only suitable for immediately available candidates located in North County San Diego.
