Responsibilities
In keeping with the French Hospital Medical Center philosophy, the Interventional Cardiology Registered Nurse is an experienced practitioner who demonstrates in-depth knowledge of nursing, patient care and the ability to practice independently. Also serves as a resource person as well as a preceptor. Under minimal supervision, identifies and implements nursing interventions that have less predictable outcomes and evaluates the results of these interventions for a given patient population.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Currently licensed by the State of California as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Currently working in the Cath Lab or ICU. At minimum within the last 2 years.
Critical Care nursing experience is required, primarily in cardiovascular nursing.
Current BLS certification.
Current ACLS within 90 days of hire date.
Ability to assess patients & deliver care according to specific needs of all age groups.
Preferred Qualifications:
Angiographic experience desired.
Cath Lab experience preferred.
Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements.
Pay Range
$48.43 - $72.26 /hour
