Responsibilities
In keeping with the French Hospital Medical Center health care philosophy, the Radiologic Technologist II performs all radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures at a technical level not requiring supervision to technical detail. Performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgement, with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis. Assumes responsibility for specific radiographic procedures, angiography or cardiac cath procedures, CT or MRI procedures, and or mammography procedures.
Qualifications
X-ray only with 5 or more years experience, Works unsupervised and demonstrates competence in all routine, fluoroscopic and surgical x-ray procedures. Or 2 years experience as Rad Tech and certified and/or competent in another imaging modality (CT,MRI, US, Mammo, NM, Angio/Cath) must be willing to work in both modalities as needed.
CT XRT;CT ARRT;BASIC LIFE SUPPORT-AHA (CT CPRBLS)
Demonstrates ability to run the floor in the absence of the Diagnostic Supervisor (includes film QC, organizing work assignments, maintaining work flow throughout department, and problem solving skills).

$43.42 - $52.73 /hour
