Ensure accurate patient information by verifying insurance and demographics.
Update medical records efficiently and confidentially.
Maintain a well-organized and comfortable patient environment (may include ordering supplies).
To be successful, you'll possess:
Strong computer skills and experience with customer database systems.
A high degree of accuracy and at least 60 wpm typing speed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
A professional demeanor and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
