If your answer is yes, FirstBank is the number one place for you.A Brief OverviewThe Branch Regional Administrative Officer provides support to the Branch Area Manager in the general management for the Region. This position oversees monitoring Sales results and implementers the initiatives determined as part of the Sales Culture Program within the branches. Also provides support to the Branch Area Manager in tracking progress towards eliminating audit deficiencies, overdraft management, customer claims, budget monitoring, validation of information for commercial and retail referrals and competitive analysis, among others. The position will also serve as a liaison between the region and central office for projects and initiatives.What you'll do•Support Operational Review Program within the assigned branches including but not limited to: (1) supervision of the operational quality program implementation, (2) establishment and monitoring of correction plans (3) periodically follow up progress and provides status to Branch Area Manager. The scope of this responsibility includes Operations Reviews, Internal Audits, Sox, Compliance and BSA.•Monitor Sales results and the implementation of the initiatives of the Sales Culture Program within the assigned branches. This includes, but not limited to: (1) facilities compliance with the Sales Culture initiatives, (2) assures that reviews in sales are performed within the established timeframe, (3) make certain that resources are assigned to perform reviews, (4) assures the establishment of work plans (5) actively participates in the dissemination of new and consistent information through the branch network, (6) periodically follow up results and provides feedback and recommendations to Branch Area Managers.•Supervised and monitor branch compliance with policies and procedures released to overdraft management.•Investigates customer claims referred to the Branch Area Manager and assures them that agreed action plans are implemented.•Monitor branch expenses requests and analyze data to recommend and implement cost control initiatives. Monitor and manage direct budgets Overtime, Cash Over and Short and Working Fund, among others. Also, examines and scrutinizes assigned budgets.•Supervised Branch compliance with Teller Difference Policy.•Monitor Operational Scorecard to identify weaknesses in branch network and establishes follows through on support plans to eliminate weakness.•Monitor the performance, attendance, certifications, difference required documents and work force system of all Branches.•Monitor and assure availability of supplies, equipment and maintenance. •Responsible for managing the movement of the employee workforce request to other Branches to cover temporary situations.•Collaborates in gathering competitive information within the assigned region to identify trends, activities and initiatives performed by other institutions in order to recommend modifications to current programs and/or branch activities.•Responsible for managing external situations that affect the opening of a branch.•Ensures that the vacation plans for Branches meet the business requirements. Also monitor sick leave, holidays and absences of region managers. •Manages promo-items budget for external sales activities.•Submit weekly Sales Activities and Branches Sales pipeline for all Branch Network.•Plans and coordinates meetings presentations for the region and support central office in the coordination of activities for all regions. Prepare achievements presentations as may be required.•Provides support in the logistics and planning of customers’ sales activities, including assigning goals to each branch.•Serves as a trainer to the sales and service staff on topics such as sales, cross-selling, new products, campaigns, compliance and operational notices, among others.•Submit weekly / monthly / quarterly reports of direct service activities, OSS, Overdraft, First Force, Daily Fluctuations, Scorecards, TurnosPR, NCINO and losses, among others. Provides periodical status to Branch Network.•Supports branch customer service satisfaction levels standards by proactively managing situations regarding facilities, staffing, equipment availability, services and maintenance, among others. •May participate in the recruitment process, participating in interview and selection process.What you'll need to Succeed•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, but not limited to others.•Preferrable experience in capacity analysis.•The incumbent must have at least two years of programming experience in Access or database management, at least three years of reporting experience using Excel, Access, Power Point and a minimum of two years of experience in statistical programs like Business Object or advanced use of database programs.•Leadership and administrative skills.•Excellent analytical skills, multitask, organized, problem solving, goal oriented and able to work under pressure.•Excellent communication, written and presentation skills.•Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English).•Available to work holidays, weekends and flexible schedules.Competencies•Strong communications, including verbal, written and presentation in both English and Spanish.•Ability to work independently and in a team environment. •Ability to train and provide presentations to individuals and groups.•Ability to interpret, apply, audit and teach various policies, procedures and regulations.•Intermediate to advanced computer skills in MS Office.•Analytic thinking capacity.•Problem Solving.•Time management and leadership skills.•Financial and accounting knowledge.EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
