Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and driven individual to join our team as an IT Asset Governance Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing IT and security capabilities within our organization by governing all the CF HR IT assets, including business applications, devices, and SharePoints. You will serve as the subject matter expert in application management and drive process standardization and simplification for our application owners.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, track, and communicate the status of application IT asset management, identifying and addressing any gaps.

  • Collaborate with the Technical Information Security Leader (TISL) and application owners to ensure that information systems (business applications) meet the requirements of IT, privacy, and information security policies.

  • Take appropriate actions to address non-compliant assets and drive compliance across the organization.

  • Become the organization's subject matter expert in application management processes and systems integration implementation in line with security requirements.

  • Monitor, track, and communicate application vulnerability management.

  • Drive digitization and automation of information security work processes.

  • Ensure that security is properly included and tested as part of new systems implementation.

Application Development:

  • Create and prioritize an application development backlog based on business value.

  • Design and implement applications in line with HR digital strategy, validating technology choices with subject matter experts (SMEs) and architects.

  • Implement simple applications in compliance with corporate policies.

  • Train business owners to acquire the necessary capabilities to own the applications.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong application and integration skills, including application life cycle management, application integration, user experience (UX), and application governance, with confirmed application management experience.

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information/Cyber Security, Information Technology, or related fields.

  • Knowledge and working experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions and governance.

  • Strong leadership skills to manage interactions with HR business teams, risk managers, suppliers, architects, central information security, policy owners, and other stakeholders.

  • Ability to build diverse and collaborative relationships, influencing decisions and continuously improving processes.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences and manage multiple streams of work concurrently.

  • Proficiency in project management fundamentals, ensuring work stays on track and effectively communicating status and resolving issues.

  • Experience using Power BI, O365, SharePoint, databases, etc.

  • Interest in upskilling in automation and coding, such as Power BI, Office 365, Power Automate, Knime, and Python.

  • Strong desire to learn and develop deep technical skills in IT and information security governance.

  • Fluent in English.
