Data Solutioning Team Leader

Duties:
Manage and train a team of data solutioning analysts to support the solutioning process.
Work with a team to define the requirements of each client solution, understand the assumptions required, gain feedback from the Solutions Leads, and develop firstdraft data-drivensolution for Technical Services, Smart FM, Sustainability and Workplace Experienceto achieve the stated goals.
Use your knowledge and experience of the facilities management industry to develop assumptions for facilities management budgets.
Strategicallyevaluate the existing tools and build a roadmap to create capabilities, throughput and increase overall performance.
Act as liaison to the product team and support building of solutioning tools to ensure alignment, consistency, and performance improvement.
Identify key data gaps and propose new ways of working to achieve desired objectives.
Develop, maintain and leverage the regional networks of CBRE SME’s across geographies and accounts to; share knowledge and best practice, drive innovation, continuous improvements, and provide access to resources and expertise to support bids.
Utilise knowledge of the FM market to drive solution workshop conversations.
Develop strong working relationships with Solutions Leads and Solutions Architects.
Professional in communications with all employees and clients to ensure that confidentiality of information is maintained.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Fully bilingual (English & Spanish)
Ability to work effectively across boundaries and cultures
Ability to communicate and influence at a senior level
Excellent presentation skills (verbal and written)
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Ability to work in a high pressure environment
Excellent attention to detail
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong people management and networking skills
3 - 5+ Years relevant experience in the Facilities Management Industry
Strong analytical skills
Proven experience – Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities
Experience with Power BI Dashboards
Numerate, analytical and able to get to the root of issues, Creative problem solver.
This position can be located in Costa Rica, México or Colombia
