Your Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking the ideal candidate who will be working on both high-level strategy and granular tactics and making a huge impact. This position is a good fit for those interested in learning how great organizations strive, and seeing how multiple parts of an organization interact. They will provide operational support for our technical programs. This position requires onsite work 5 days a week.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

5+ years experience in Technical Program Management, product strategy, strategy consulting, or similar role.

5+ years experience in IT with duties such as supporting Linux operating systems (Ubuntu, RedHat), Networking concepts and hardware support.

Working knowledge of scripting and automation tools (Ansible, Python, UNIX shell).

Comfortable working in a busy, ever-changing environment and helping bring order to chaos.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Extremely organized and detail-oriented.

Ability to work independently and prioritize critical tasks.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related business degree or may consider of equivalent work experience.

Self-driven and ability to identify tasks/activities required to keep the environment healthy.

Deep understanding of networking (TCP/IP, Gigabit Ethernet) and storage (SAN, RAID levels, fiber-channel, and iSCSI)

Significant people and organizational management skills. A natural leader and mentor.

The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
