Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager at Integense, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of our analog and mixed-signal ASIC development projects. Your exceptional collaboration skills, project planning expertise, and experience in this domain will be essential in leading cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results. You will have the opportunity to work on next-generation products, collaborate with top-tier clients, and contribute to the advancement of cutting-edge semiconductor technology.
Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring successful completion within scope, budget, and timeline.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, verification, layout, and manufacturing, to drive seamless project integration.
Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and schedules, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and timely delivery of milestones.
Proactively identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Foster effective communication channels, facilitating information exchange between teams and stakeholders, including clients and management.
Track project progress, prepare weekly status reports, and present updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality processes, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct post-project reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing lessons learned to optimize future project performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on analog and mixed-signal ASIC development.
Strong understanding of the entire ASIC development process, from concept to production.
Excellent collaboration and team management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
Exceptional project planning and organization skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and effectively presenting project updates to stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Familiarity with industry standards, quality processes, and regulatory requirements in semiconductor development.
