What’s a typical day as a Manufacturing Calibration Test Technician . You’ll be:
Calibration and Testing: Perform calibration and testing of Beckman Echo systems according to established procedures to ensure instruments meet required specifications before shipping.
Troubleshooting: Act as the first line of troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving issues with systems and equipment in a timely manner.
Process Improvement: Contribute to group problem-solving and process improvement activities to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document calibration results, test findings, and troubleshooting steps while ensuring compliance with industry and company standards for traceability.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
3-5 years of relevant experience in a technical or manufacturing position, with a focus on calibration, testing, or troubleshooting.
Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering) or equivalent work experience.
Strong problem-solving skills, including a basic understanding of statistical methods, techniques, and tests.
Attention to detail and high precision when performing calibration and testing.
Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and documenting technical processes accurately.
Ability to work independently and in a team within a production environment.
Physical ability to lift, move, and manipulate equipment or systems up to 25-50 pounds.
