We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Integrated Behavioral Health Counselor Manager to join our client's team in San Jose, California .
Pay: $88,500.00 - $120,000.00 Salary/year
Requirements
Licensed LCSW or Licensed Psychologist in the state of California.
Master's degree in social work or psychology.
Four years or more of post-license clinical experience in Integrated Behavioral Health, Specialty Mental Health, and/or Brief Therapy Models.
One year or more of supervisory and managerial experience.
Previous clinic experience
Fluent in one of the Santa Clara County threshold languages other than English (i.e., Mandarin, Cantonese, Farsi, Spanish, Vietnamese, and Tagalog) preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Ability to perform the duties described above.
Knowledge of laws and ethical standards pertaining to clinical care.
Knowledge of DSM-V criteria for diagnosing behavioral health illnesses.
Experience with electronic health records and proficiency in documentation.
Knowledge of Improving Mood Promoting Access to Collaborative Treatment (IMPACT) Model of Care and Managed Care Models preferred.
Verbal and written fluency in English is required; Bilingual skills in a second language (particularly Spanish, Mandarin, and Vietnamese) are desired but not required.

Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
