Capgemini Test Lead - Adobe in San Francisco, California

J ob description:

The role of the QA Lead is to oversee the quality assurance lifecycle of the engagement, ensuring the application meets high standards through testing strategies, automation, and team mentorship.

5 to 7 Years of overall testing experience, including at least one end-to-end engagement experience as Quality Assurance Lead of a large engagement (> $2M)

4 to 6 years of experiencing testing web applications

At least 3 years of experience testing Adobe/AEM applications, including experience testing on the AEM Cloud environment

Experience with all aspects of application testing, including: unit testing, system integration testing, end-to-end testing, performance testing, web accessibility testing, security testing, user acceptance testing, and regression testing

Experience managing a team of 10 or more QA Engineers

Experience coordinating multi-shore (offshore, nearshore, onshore) testing activities

Excellent content authoring knowledge and the ability to test web applications using both physical devices and device emulators such as Browser Stack

Awareness of AEM Templates, Components, Workflows, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments and the content server

Experience leading the development of test strategies and test plans

Experience documenting test cases, expected results, and actual results in Jira and Confluence

Experience with automated regression testing tools and setting up the regression testing suite of test cases

Excellent communications and reporting skills to communicate with business stakeholders as well as technical leads

Adobe AEM Business Practitioner training is desired
