ManpowerGroup Technical Program Product Manager III in San Francisco, California

Our client, a leader in digital music streaming, is seeking a Technical Program Product Manager III to join their team. As a Technical Program Product Manager III, you will be part of the Cross-Channel Marketing Personalization team supporting music personalization expansion and aligning cross-platform teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, data analysis expertise, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: San Francisco, CA

Pay Range: $80/hour

What’s the Job?

  • Drive the strategy and vision of modern customer engagement for Amazon Music.

  • Enable personalized customer interactions across web, Android, Kindle, iOS, and other platforms.

  • Develop tools, infrastructure, and data integrations to support high-scale customer relationship and lifecycle marketing.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate customer communications across various channels.

  • Take ownership of key components of the service and drive their development and implementation.

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree (Graduate degree in business or technical field preferred).

  • 4+ years of experience in consumer-facing product development.

  • Experience in building new user features end-to-end, preferably as a product owner.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and statistical analysis.

  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and find solutions independently.
