Amazon Senior Program Manager, ART19 in San Francisco, California

Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Program Manager to scale ART19’s publisher partnership and customer experience programs. This position will own key goals and work across with senior leaders to develop and implement large scale initiatives to support sustained growth across our business. Through data, insights, and strategy the position will partner closely with several cross-functional teams across partnerships, product, engineering, and customer experience to drive improvements to our podcast advertising supply acquisition initiatives, and implement mechanisms to improve customer education and service at scale.

The candidate must be an excellent leader, and will draw upon solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to effectively drive business results and collaborate with Sales. The individual must have experience in sales processes and tools, and excel at building trust and driving urgency across organizations. Ideally a successful candidate will have experience with consumer and/or enterprise SAAS sales.

The Program Manager must work well cross-functionally and present to senior leadership to report on progress.

Key job responsibilities

  • For ART19’s supply acquisition and customer experience functions, help define overall program goals, objectives, inputs/output metrics, and business reporting cadence.

  • Define operating models for our partnership program, including best practices, SOPs, internal processes, and training materials.

  • Manage data tracking, reporting and analysis to provide partnership teams and CX personnel with practical recommendations and insights on how to improve performance.

  • Provide feedback loop to product and engineering teams on gaps in our offerings both for our internal teams as well as our end customers.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience managing and coordinating sales pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

  • Experience defining and executing program requirements

  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

  • Proficient in business intelligence tools

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
