What you’ll do:
Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Customer Experience Communications & Design - Office of the President
Location: Hybrid - San Francisco
Expected start date: June 2025
Duration: 6- 12 months
Working hours: Full-time ( 40 hrs./week)
Support the President & Chief Product Officer in multiple projects simultaneously
Support internal announcements and events. Examples include global employee meetings, extended leadership team meetings, managers' meetings, and coffee corner sessions with executives
Help produce written recaps and executive insights. This would include writing people's stories and feature content
Maintain employee SharePoint portals with updated and relevant content to ensure awareness and encourage engagement across the organization
Design presentations for large audiences, following SAP corporate design principles
Design business content and information through infographics, charts, and illustrations
What you bring:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful ,innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
Education: Candidates are enrolled in an undergraduate or master’s program in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field. Must demonstrate top academic achievement
Eligibility: Must be enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program
Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written. Fluency in English, with strong writing and editing skills as demonstrated by a cover letter and, if available, 1-3 samples of writing (e.g., blogs, published articles, and school compositions)
Good presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a team player attitude
Ability to move quickly, take initiative, multi-task, and work cross-functionally
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments and follow through on commitments
Social media and digital technology experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Not required, but would be an asset:
Prior work experience, e.g., working at SAP, newsletter production, feature writing, conducting interviews etc
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
Conversational or written competency in a language other than English. Fluency in German is a bonus

Compensation Range Transparency : SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15-62 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
