Robert Half Front Desk Coordinator in San Francisco, California

Description We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in San Francisco, California. This contract position focuses on delivering top-tier service and creating a welcoming environment for residents and guests. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in enhancing the resident experience through clear communication, organizational excellence, and proactive support.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and guests, addressing inquiries and providing clear directions with professionalism.

• Accurately record, relay, and document messages and pertinent information in resident logbooks.

• Oversee package management, ensuring all incoming and outgoing deliveries are logged and properly distributed.

• Monitor property access points through security systems, reporting any suspicious activity to ensure resident safety.

• Respond promptly to resident requests, ensuring follow-through and resolution within 24 hours.

• Participate in meetings and events as required by management or the Board of Directors.

• Administer access control systems, including the issuance and tracking of property access cards and IDs.

• Assist with resident move-in orientations and ensure compliance with building rules for visitors and vendors.

• Maintain organized and clean workstations, ensuring the lobby and entrance areas are welcoming and well-kept.

• Manage logs for short-term parking spaces, rental storage lockers, and registered pets, vehicles, and bicycles. Requirements • Proven experience in concierge services, customer support, or front desk operations.

• Strong ability to handle mail distribution and package management efficiently.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering superior customer service.

• Proficiency in managing inquiries and inbound calls with a high level of care and attention.

• Familiarity with access control systems and security monitoring tools.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Ability to adapt to dynamic situations and resolve resident concerns effectively.
