You Are:

An experienced Technology Delivery Lead, with experience with Epic to Cloud and Microsoft migrations

The Work:

As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. You will drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost, leading delivery, and proactively supporting sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence. Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. Should have influencing and Advisory skills. Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. Expert proficiency in Program Project Management is required. Advanced level of proficiency in Epic Systems is recommended. Application Migration proficiency at an Advanced level and Cloud Application Architecture proficiency at an Advanced level are suggested.

• Develop and implement strategic plans for technology project delivery

• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes

• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure on-time and within budget delivery

• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement in project delivery

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here is what you need:• Minimum of 3 years experience in leading a team in Healthcare IT in an Epic Project Manager role• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, associate degree with 6 years of work experience)

Bonus points if you have:• Minimum of 1 year of experience working for a consulting firm• Experience in Epic to Cloud Migration• Advanced Proficiency in Application Migration• Advanced Proficiency in Cloud Application Architecture

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.
