Responsibilities:
Lead financial strategy and oversee accounting operations.
Manage tax compliance, audits, and reporting.
Support investment teams with valuations and fund metrics.
Strengthen internal controls and risk management.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Collaborate on impact-driven initiatives.

Requirements
10+ years of accounting experience (fund accounting a plus).
Leadership experience (managing a team of two).
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and compliance.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups).
CPA preferred.
Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
Ambition to grow into a CFO role.
