This role will be based in San Francisco.
We are looking for a Business Operation, Senior Associate to join our “BizOps” team in leading our top- and bottom-line impact through objective analysis, operational insights and strategic initiatives. In this role you will partner with our R&D and product organization responsible for the LinkedIn Jobs Marketplace, supporting the product strategy focused on the inner connectivity between job seekers and job posters,
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth analysis of the business and develop deep understanding of key value drivers for the jobs ecosystem to identify improvement areas and opportunities
Deep dive into the jobs and job seeker matching experience (how/which jobs we recommend to jobs seekers) to understand how the ecosystem is performing today and areas for improvement
Partner with the R&D organization to recommend changes to the LinkedIn jobs marketplace
Align on key business metrics to track to communicate ROI from R&D investments
Lead weekly business reviews on how the ecosystem is performing
Communicate effectively across all levels (within the team, to cross-functional partners, to leadership / executives)
Serve as the connective tissue of a cross-functional team working to share knowledge and drive people towards a common goal
Identify, diagnose and resolve performance issues
Basic Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in engineering, math, statistics, physics, computer science, business or related discipline or relevant work experience
4+ years of work experience in a strategy related role with an emphasis on quantitative skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategy or an operational or growth role within a technology company
Experience with SQL
Proactive and passionate: You’re independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations
High-energy, team-first attitude: You’re motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business
Highly analytical: You’re analytical, with experience decomposing and solving real world business problems, ideally building/using advanced models.
Concise and effective communications: You’re able to articulately present and debate recommendations with cross-functional teams and senior leadership

The pay range for this role is $96,000 - $156,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
