Criminal Defense Attorney

The desired candidate will be equipped with a strong interest in criminal law and exhibit exceptional writing skills and the ability to appear in court. The spectrum of cases includes but is not limited to, white-collar crimes, general criminal defense, internal investigations, complex civil litigation, and court-appointed engagements.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional representation for clients in court, demonstrating impressive trial advocacy skills
• Conduct thorough fact investigations for crafting effective defense strategies
• Negotiate plea agreements
• Draft, file, and argue motions in support of case strategy
• Furnish comprehensive legal advice to clients
Requirements
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and a superior academic record
• Admission to the State Bar of California
• 2+ years of legal experience
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong oral and written communication abilities
• Impressive research and writing abilities
