Software Configuration Analyst (Remote)

About the role:

The Software Configuration Analyst I is responsible for the configuration of the software to meet AQI customers’ business needs. Working with a project team, you will take well documented solutions and implement them using standard features of our software and integration points. Quality, attention to detail, and technical know-how are paramount in this role ensuring accurate on time delivery for our customers.

This position is part of the Professional Services Team located in North America and will be remote .

In this role, you will:

• Engage directly with customers that have purchased Aquatic Informatics’ professional services for implementation of the AQI Software.

• Analyze and document specific customer needs, including managing expectations to the defined scope of work.

• Map customers' processes to the applicable standard software process flows.

• Configure both SaaS and on-prem software solutions.

• Ensure that the provided solution and loaded data meets quality standards, providing QA assistance prior to go-live of the solution and post-implementation .

Are you qualified?

• Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Science, Business or a related field; or the equivalent combination of business/technical education & experience required.

• High level of proficiency in Excel and SQL (experience writing SQL queries), specifically related to the manipulation of data required.

• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

• Knowledge of environmental water analysis and/or municipal industrial Water or Wastewater processes would be strongly preferred.

• Experience using PowerShell for ETL preferred. Compensation details: The salary range for this role is USD $60,000 – $80,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York.
