Adecco US, Inc. Administrative Assistant in San Francisco, California
Adecco is looking for an administrative assistant supporting a non-profit organization in San Francisco. If you have experience with the below duties and interested in a $24/hr payrate, apply and let’s connect!
Communication: Acting as a central point of contact for members, visitors, and vendors, and communicating church information through various channels
Event planning: Assisting with planning and coordinating events, including scheduling, agendas, and hospitality
Office management: Maintaining office supplies, filing systems, and communication needs, and organizing the office
Financial management: Ensuring that the church's finances are used appropriately and responsibly
HR colaboration: Working with the church's HR staff
Membership management: Keeping track of new and current member addresses and telephone numbers, and updating the church database
Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
