Description

Your tasks as AR Specialist will include financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. The AR/ Collections Specialist will operate under the CFO and will be responsible for billing & collections across five separate entities within the company. The Accounts Receivable (AR) role includes responsibilities such as verifying contract accuracy, recording payments, monitoring Work in Progress (WIP), reviewing job costs, and managing collections.
