Scripps Health RN - Neuro Step Down - San Diego - Nights - Bonus Eligible in San Diego, California
This is a Full-Time (72 hours per pay period) position, with a 12-hour Night shift schedule on variable days of the week that includes holidays and weekends.
Located at Scripps Mercy Hospital in Hillcrest, San Diego.
Eligible for new hire incentives up to $7K.

We invite you to join our 4th Floor Neuro Step Down Unit at Scripps Mercy San Diego. Our nurses thrive in a culture that is team-oriented and focused on quality care. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 12 months of RN experience with 6 months in an inpatient setting.
The following are not eligible for hiring incentives:
· Internal candidates
· Rehires that left Scripps less than 3 years ago
In order to remain eligible for your retention incentive the following criteria must be met :
· Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
· Must remain in original department/specialty
· Must remain in original Job Title
· Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically noted in your offer letter.

Required Qualifications:
Registered nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing
Current CA RN License
One (1) year of RN experience, 6 months in Inpatient environment
Current American Heart Association, Healthcare Provider, BLS & ACLS Certification
Must be able to speak, read and follow instructions in English
Must be able to demonstrate positive behaviors
Preferred Qualifications:
Six (6) months of RN experience Tele, DOU, PCU or Stepdown
NIHSS certification
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
