Actalent R&d Test Engineer in San Diego, California

Description

• Perform testing throughout all product realization (Life Cycle) phases • Analyze test data to identify trends, anomalies and areas for improvement • Prepare detailed reports and documentation of the results • Implement best practices and innovative testing techniques to enhance product quality. • Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes and methodologies. • Review product requirements FMEAs to provide valuable feedback to design teams regarding testability • Participate in the design of scalable test methods and needed fixturing • Define appropriate criteria for test method validation activities • Create and maintain documentation such as procedures, test protocols, test reports, equivalency justifications • Define sampling plans in accordance with the risk management process • Conduct peer reviews and approvals of data analysis and test documentation • Participate in the design transfer activities by of test verification methods to sustain test engineering teams • Collaborate with external lab partners for outsourced activities (ex., environmental & mechanical stresses)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
