Job Description

-Operations and support of electronic and digital orders for internal and external customers

-Managing Outlook inbox to respond to customer requests or inquiries for orders that may have failed

-Email communication support only

-Logging and documentation in SharePoint and various external marketplaces

-Excel management

Skills and Requirements

-1+ year of experience working as a customer support specialist or in a B2B operations role

-Technical experience with Excel (creating catalogs for price files, managing data, etc.)

-Demonstrated ability with office software in a business environment.

-Basic knowledge of varying supply chain procurement processes and/or options

-Requires related experience with a Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience -Technical understanding and practical experience with major procurement system platforms (Ariba, Jaggaer/SciQuest, GHX, Advanced, Coupa, Unimarket, etc.) and protocols (cXML, OCI, EDI, etc.)

-Experience working in biotechnology or a related field null
