Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Job Description
The main responsibility for this position will be kitting and packaging operations. You will kit the manufactured cartridges and prepare them for shipment. This role requires working in a temperature-controlled setting as the product will be shipped to customers across the US and internationally. Additional responsibilities include filling operations, kitting assembly operations, operating process equipment, and potentially performing simple bulk formulations.
Responsibilities
Kit and package manufactured cartridges for shipment.
Prepare products for shipment both domestically and internationally.
Perform filling operations.
Conduct kitting assembly operations.
Operate process equipment such as balances, pneumatic presses, pumps, and heat sealers.
Participate in simple bulk formulations.
Essential Skills
Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
Experience in assembly, cleanroom, production, and packaging processes.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to use Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
Experience with laboratory inspection, batch records, labeling, and filling.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Comfortable leading a fill and pack line.
Comfortable with basic buffer formulation.
Willing to learn or comfortable with small volume aliquoting (less than 1mL).
Team player mindset.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
