Aerotek Manufacturing Associate in San Diego, California
NOW HIRING ENTRY LEVEL CANDIDATES FOR A MEDICAL DEVICE COMPANY! Computer experience required!
Location - Sorrento Valley, CA
Shift - 1st Shift (4:00AM - 2:30PM Monday - Thursday) OT on Friday is offered
Pay Rate - $17.31/HR
Duration - 12 month contract to hire
Job Description -
Process returned devices to test for failures
High level of computer work
Receives investigation and complaint code for faulty products
Separate and sort units, check voltage with tools
Inputs all data of investigation into computer (data entry, Excel)
Send files through shared folders over to the technicians
90% computer work, 10% using digital multimeters to verify voltage tests on products
Set up and operate a variety of automated and semi-automated machines including robotic assembly equipment
Follow process sheets and written/verbal instructions
Skills & Qualifications Required -
Comfortable working with a computer MUST HAVE!!! Excel experience preferrred
Able to work closely with a team/other workers
Hard working
Need to be open to fast-paced environment
Must be able to be cross trained - flexibility to wear a lot of different hats at work
Must be a team player with a very positive attitude.
Must always be on time to work.
