Rady Children's Hospital San Diego Manager, Care Redesign/RCHN Services - Administration in San Diego, California


The Manager of Care Redesign and Population Health is responsible for leading the team in developing and implementing strategies and tactics in the areas of relationship development and business analytics/data tracking that support the long-range population health management goals of Rady Children's Health Network including oversight of the quality management plan. Provides leadership and expertise with the ability to take on complex relationships and develop actionable programs including growing health plan partnerships to support population health initiatives, grant acquisition and leadership, and development of community programs to support health equity.

Supervises non-clinical staff as assigned in the Care Redesign Department to ensure successful completion of goals and deliverables of strategic population health initiatives.


Bachelor's Degree

3 Years of Experience

Experience in organizational project management function in a health care related field

Demonstrated ability to conduct complex business analysis and provide recommended plan of action

Ability to conceptualize, draft and oversee implementation of large projects and programs

Appetite for learning and bringing new techniques and technologies to solve business problems


Master's Degree

8 Years of Experience
