Scripps Green offers a wide range of clinical and surgical services, including organ transplant, oncology care, cardiothoracic and orthopedic surgery, interventional cardiology and blood and bone marrow transplant.

Join our close-knit IR team where you will feel like part of the family. With approximately 15 cases/day, this hardworking team supports each other and works toward the common goal of the best patient care possible. Job duties to include:

· prep and recovery,

· minor procedures, and interventional procedures requiring moderate sedation.

· Schedule RNs daily/monthly

· Ability to train new staff

· Charge duties 3 days/wk

• Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offer letter)
• Must remain in original department/specialty

• Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonusunlessspecifically noted in your offer letter.

Required Experience/Specialized Skills:

• *
  • Minimum two (2) years IR experience
  • standby call required, afterhours, weekends, and holidays
  • Current CA RN License.
  • Current BLS/ACLS. NIH certifications required upon completion of department orientation.
  • Leadership experience required.
  • ability to communicate effectively.
  • critical thinking skills and ability to develop and implement standard work/process improvements.
