Robert Half is currently seeking an IT Support Technician for a 2 month contract in San Diego, CA. IT Support Technician will be responsible for supporting a MAC environment (90%), troubleshooting software, hardware, tablet, laptops and mobile devices.
Requirements
Mac OS knowledge (90% of their environment), experience with systems hardware for Mac OS, iOS, Windows and Chromebooks
Mostly break/fix work, (heavy tier 1 but some tier 2 work as well). Assuming it will be up to 10 tickets per day.
MDM mobile software (employee devices, checklist for onboarding employees)
Troubleshooting issues for teachers and students on their devices (mostly MAC products, laptops and iPads)
Handle 5-1 tickets daily
Basic Network troubleshooting
Printer issues, break/fix, technical documentation
Most important top three skills/experience:
A3+ years of experience working in an end user support capacity
Mac OS knowledge (90% of their environment), experience with systems hardware for Mac OS, iOS, Windows and Chromebooks
Bonus: Candidate’s at a Jr. Sys admin level
Experience with Mosyle would be ideal but not required
