Robert Half HR Coordinator in San Diego, California
Description
Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
Maintain and update HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Support benefits administration, payroll processing, and leave management.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and company events.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist in drafting HR documents, reports, and communications.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining HR files.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
1-3 years of HR experience in a support or coordinator role.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is a plus.
