PCG is seeking a highly motivated and dependable Office & Facilities Coordinator. This position will handle a variety of duties as assigned, function planning, office supply orders and distribution and other supportive duties as assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provides office and staff support, meeting and event support, and project management.
Resolves administrative problems by analyzing information; identifying and communication solutions.
Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management; discovering irregularities; determining continuing needs.
Responsibilities:
Supervises and coordinates overall administrative facility activities for four offices in San Diego County located in El Cajon, Chula Vista, and San Diego.
Performs both periodic and special inspections of premises to monitor the operation of the facility and coordinates with appropriate parties (corporate, housekeeping, landlord, vendors, etc.) to address issues.
Supervises building security guards (contracted through a 3rd party)
Partners with project leadership to address departmental office issues related to employee desk allocations, special events, etc.
Ensures office supplies are ordered, stored, and distributed appropriately.
Supervises the maintenance of office equipment, including copier, fax machine, etc.
Responsible for the facilities day-to-day operations (such as distributing building access keys and back-up to security access cards, etc.).
Main point of contact for site emergency planning.
Collaborates and leads office safety training.
Liaise with corporate, landlords, and security to ensure a safe, clean environment for employees and guests.
Is the primary contact for communication and coordination with landlords, subtenants, and contracted companies responsible cleaning, security, etc.
Manages budgets and invoices as required for site location.
Participates as needed in special department projects.
Plans site events to support business objectives, employee engagement events, and other operational events to advance the project’s mission.
Maintains a high standard for the office environment. Ensures the front lobby meets compliance standards by performing routine floor audits and working with others to address gaps.
Inter-office travel on a weekly basis is required. Must have personal car for inter-office travel. All travel is within a 20-mile radius (mileage expense for inter-office travel is provided)
This is a full-time office position. Remote or hybrid work is not possible.
This is an exempt position. Working outside of normal business hours (8am-5pm) may be necessary from time to time.
Work beyond 40 hours per week is likely, as business needs may require.

Consistent Travel Between CalWORKs offices in the Central, South and East Regions of San Diego.

As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $58,300-$78,600 annually, in addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
