Description
Our client, a leading organization with a strong focus on delivering exemplary customer experiences, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Agent to join their team. This role offers a structured and supportive environment, with a hands-on, on-site training program for the first three months, followed by a flexible hybrid work schedule.
The Customer Service Agent will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring positive interactions across various communication channels (phone, email, and chat). This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries to resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Provide timely solutions to customer issues, escalating more complex concerns to supervisors or specialized teams as necessary.
Attend on-site training for the first three months to develop expertise in company policies, procedures, and internal systems. Upon completion of training, transition to a hybrid schedule, combining remote and in-office work.
Stay up-to-date and maintain detailed knowledge of the company’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
Ensure all customer interactions are accurately recorded in the CRM system for tracking and reporting purposes.
Work closely with internal teams to continuously improve the customer experience and streamline processes.
Requirements
High school diploma required; associate degree or higher is preferred.
1–2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a call center or support role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle a diverse range of customer inquiries.
Proficiency with CRM software and other data entry platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented and organized, with a proven track record of meeting performance goals.
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
