Description

Robert Half is seeking an Account Coordinator on behalf of their nonprofit client, an organization dedicated to driving meaningful change in the community and supporting critical societal causes. As the Account Coordinator, you will manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring processes run smoothly and deadlines are met. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer-service orientation will be vital to the success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and positive relationships.

  • Coordinate client communications and manage internal workflows to align with project timelines.

  • Track, document, and report on account activities, budgets, and deliverables using CRM or database software.

  • Support fundraising and outreach initiatives by assisting with event planning, donor communications, and follow-up activities.

  • Develop client-facing correspondence, including proposals, reports, and presentations, with accuracy and professionalism.

  • Provide support for day-to-day administrative operations, including filing, scheduling, and data entry.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless project execution and program implementation.

  • Troubleshoot client issues and proactively offer solutions to enhance satisfaction and operational efficiency.

    Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in account coordination, nonprofit operations, or administrative roles.

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), CRM platforms, and social media tools preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and track multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.

  • Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with donor relations, fundraising campaigns, and nonprofit program requirements is a strong advantage.
