Job Description
Insight Global is seeking two skilled Windows 11 Technicians to support a local government client in the transition from Windows 10 to Windows 11. These candidates will be responsible for providing onsite troubleshooting and technical support for approximately 2,000 devices across various locations within Bexar County. This person will perform onsite troubleshooting and technical support for Dell hardware and Windows 11 systems and assist with the upgrade and transition process from Windows 10 to Windows 11. We are looking for someone who can effectively provide in-person assistance at multiple locations, ensuring minimal disruption to end-users and collaborate with local government officials and staff, demonstrating excellent customer-facing skills. Technicians will follow deployment schedules organized by leadership, which may require extended stays at specific sites to provide Tier I support.

Skills and Requirements
1-2 years of experience working hands on with Windows 10 and Windows 11
1-2 years of experience troubleshooting and upgrading Windows software
Familiarity with BitLocker
1-2 years in a IT Customer Support role Onsite Customer Service experience
Bachelors Degree null
