Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Application System Administrator to sit onsite in San Antonio to provide technical expertise on UKG Pro WFM (Workforce Management), previously branded as UKG Dimensions . The Application System Administrator will be responsible for technical guidance and direction in the implementation, operation, and maintence of computer systems; used for financial, clinical, human resources, and/or administrative systems.

Application System Administrator will work with IS staff, vendors & customers, to perform maintenance on assigned software. This includes scheduling and installing software and patches as needed, performing upgrades to ensure system stays updated in accordance with vendor and security guidelines, configuring application and related hardware components and application development. Individual must maintain a good working relationship with co-workers and other staff and perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements

· 1-2 years working with UKG Dimensions AND/OR UKG Pro WFM (Workforce Management)

· Familiar with Dell Boomi - need to be able to create and modify integrations

· Familiar with UKG APIs and how to use them to create integrations

· Experience working with and training end users on UKG functions

· Experience working with a reporting service such as excel, Tableau, PowerBi, DataView

· Experience maintaining and troubleshooting and all issues within the UKG application · Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or relevant study

• Experience within the healthcare industry

· Strong in Advanced Scheduling use and configuration

· How to configure SMS Shift Fill & notification -

• Understanding of Timekeeping & Basic Scheduling and How to create custom DataViews and Reports null
