This opportunity resides with All-Domain Operations (ADO), a business group within HII’s Mission Technologies division. All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations.

Job Description
HII Mission Technologies seeks an experienced Operations Security (OPSEC) Planner to support Combatant Command (CCMD) operations. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive OPSEC programs, providing strategic planning support, and ensuring the protection of critical information and operations.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
Integrate OPSEC into deliberate and crisis action planning processes
Develop and implement OPSEC plans for both real-world and exercise scenarios
Support long-range planning and milestone development
Analyze and operationalize tactical and operational-level directives
Intelligence Analysis & Risk Management
Review and analyze intelligence and OSINT products
Assess adversary capabilities and collection methods
Identify and evaluate OPSEC vulnerabilities
Develop countermeasures and risk mitigation strategies
Leadership & Communication
Lead monthly working groups and coordinate with subject matter experts
Prepare and deliver executive-level briefings
Engage with senior leaders and stakeholders
Conduct training and workshops for staff and subordinate elements
Project Management
Maintain and update OPSEC programs in accordance with DOD, Joint, USCYBERCOM, and DAF regulations
Conduct OPSEC assessments and staff assistance visits
Develop innovative approaches to identify and address vulnerabilities
Document and analyze OPSEC activities
Minimum Qualifications
5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of DOD and Joint OPSEC regulations
Experience with Combatant Command operations
Knowledge of cyber security principles
Experience with military planning processes
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Superior written and verbal communication abilities
TS/SCI Security Clearance with CI Poly required

Preferred Requirements
Proven experience managing OPSEC programs at the higher headquarters level, supporting diverse military command planning and operational initiatives.
Completion of specialized OPSEC planner course
