ManpowerGroup Medical Device Manufacturing Engineer in San Antonio, Texas
Our client, a leader in healthcare innovation, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the Operations Integration team supporting the development of advanced medical devices. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: San Antonio, TX (in the office one day a week or remote for the perfect fit )
Pay Range: $28 to $35.00/hr
Duration: 12 month contract to start
What's the Job?
Development of engineering Bill of Materials (BOM) in ERP management software.
Identifying and quoting manufacturing methods and new materials with suppliers.
Monitoring ordering and receipt of materials, ensuring compliance and documentation.
Coordinating engineering and production builds, including drafting manufacturing work instructions.
Managing trade compliance activities and supporting design verification builds with the manufacturing team.
What's Needed?
A bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or biomedical engineering.
3 years with medical device experience
Experience with MS Office suite.
Engineering experience in a engineering manufacturing environment or new product development experience
Experience with writing technical documentation, protocols, and reports.
