We are currently seeking an experienced weekend caregiver to provide compassionate care for an elderly individual. This position entails assisting with daily living activities and providing companionship in a warm and supportive manner. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in caregiving, particularly with seniors, and possess a genuine passion for helping others. Responsibilities: * Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing * Providing medication reminders and assistance with medication management * Preparing meals and assisting with feeding, if necessary * Performing light housekeeping duties such as tidying up living spaces and doing laundry * Engaging the individual in meaningful activities and providing companionship * Monitoring and reporting any changes in the individual's condition to the appropriate parties * Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for the individual Requirements: * Previous experience in caregiving, particularly with seniors * Ability to demonstrate compassion, patience, and empathy * Excellent communication skills * Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently * Willingness to work weekends
