Currently, we are seeking aEntry Level Systems Administratorto join our Team!
TS/SCI w/ POLYGRAPH REQUIRED BEFORE CONSIDERATION.
Shift:M-F 2pm-10pm or 3pm-11pm
Primary Responsibilities:
Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites
Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure
Education & Experience:
Bachelors degree & 0 years of experience
Associates degree & 3 years of experience
No degree & 5 years of experience
IAT Level 1 (A+ or Network+)
Clearance Requirements:
- TS/SCI w/ POLYGRAPH REQUIRED BEFORE CONSIDERATION
