Leidos is on the hunt for a dynamic Cyber Intelligence Instructor to join its mission in supporting the United States Air Force in San Antonio, TX. This exceptional role involves delivering top-tier professional military instruction for the 39th Information Operations Squadron, 16th Air Force at Kelly Base, Lackland AFB. On behalf of Air Combat Command (ACC), USCYBERCOM, and the Department of Defense (DOD), you'll be training future cyber experts through the prestigious Cyber Threat Intelligence Analysis Course (CTIAC). A current TS/SCI security clearance is required from day one.
As a Cyber Intelligence Instructor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the capabilities of DOD personnel, meeting the rigorous standards of the Cyber Intelligence Formal Training Unit (CIFTU). You will craft course materials, develop cutting-edge training exercises, and ensure curriculums stay ahead of the curve by incorporating the latest advancements in technology, systems, and tools. Additionally, you'll guide students in creating mission briefings and academic tests, seamlessly fulfilling the CTIAC course requirements.
Dive deep into lesson preparations for CTIAC modules that span high-impact topics, such as the National Cyber Strategy, Cyber Threat Intelligence Analysis, Joint and Cyber Collection Management, and Joint and Cyber Targeting Processes. The CTIAC program runs five intensive courses annually, with instructors utilizing off-course weeks to refine lessons learned and gear up for future classes. Certification by the 39th IOS (Det 1) Instructor Methodology Course is a key requirement, alongside maintaining USAF instructor qualification standards, including the completion of the Instructor Systems Design Course (ISD) within the first year of employment.
Armed with a deep understanding of USCYBERCOM Cyber Threat Intelligence Operations, CTIAC instructors leverage a wealth of knowledge in processes, tools, and intelligence holdings—classified and unclassified alike—to empower Joint Force Cyber students with the latest and greatest in best practices.

Required Qualifications:
TS/SCI security clearance on day 1.
Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree and 6+ years of relevant experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
The candidate must fulfill the following requirements upon hire:
Successfully attend, complete, and graduate from the Cyber Threat Intelligence Analysis Course (CTIAC) prior to assuming responsibilities as a CTIAC instructor.
Successfully attend, complete, and graduate from the 39th Information Operations Squadron (Det 1) USAF Instructor Methodology Course (IMC) before commencing duties as a CTIAC instructor.
Complete the 2.5-week online 39th IOS Instructor Systems Design Course within the first year of employment.
Achieve and maintain a Qualification Evaluation Rating of Q2 or higher (preferably Q1) as a USAF-certified instructor, in compliance with the 39th IOS Instructor Evaluation Guide.

Instructor certification
Graduate of the Cyber Effects Application Course
CTIAC Graduate
Cyber/Intelligence related experience from the US Military and understanding of the DODIN.
Additional relevant experience.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $80,600.00 - $145,700.00
