TEKsystems Billing Specialist in San Antonio, Texas
Description:
Interacts with Sales, clients, and internal departments regarding billing related items. Ensures all deadlines are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Complete daily billing in an accurate, timely and professional manner
• Reconcile over/under billing
• Monitor month end billing completion on assigned accounts
• Responding to billing items in a timely manner from sales reps and clients.
• Reviewing and approving revenue adjustments.
• Researching billing inquiries from customers, sales, markets, or internal departments in a timely manner.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
BVA:
Business Management or Accounting Degree
Experience working with Quattro
Experience working in queue driven environment
