Responsibilities
Research and daily checks to accounts.
Post wires when given by the Manager.
Download lockbox files and complete reconciliation as needed
Work closely with clients, brokers, and TPAs on various problems and concerns regarding billing, statements, and eligibility issues.
Research, reconcile, audit, resolve, and make balance adjustments on accounts when necessary.
Prepare statements for any that require mailing via U.S.P.S., emailing in pdf format.
Download lockbox data from banks daily.
Manage tracking of ad-hoc billing in NetSuite to track and funds as received.
Responsible for supporting collections activities and calling, mailing, or emailing past-due accounts for collection as necessary
Filing of monthly statements
Establish work procedures and processes for the Billing Department that support company and departmental standards and strategic directives.
Regular reliable attendance is required.
