Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate audits and compliance remediation efforts, including NIST 800-53, HIPAA Security Rule, SOC 1, SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy-based frameworks.
Manage security implementation projects for technologies such as CNAPP, CIEM, Entra ID, and ZeroTrust.
Apply project management skills to support non-security efforts, including IT implementations.
Collaborate with the process office on process improvement initiatives.
Lead complex, high-impact technology initiatives.
Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining activities, dependencies, and potential risks.
Proactively monitor project progress, address deviations, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality project outcomes through rigorous quality assurance and documentation.
Lead diverse teams, delegate tasks effectively, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
Resolve conflicts and make tough decisions when required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to senior management.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, developing robust contingency plans.
Continuously monitor and manage project risks, adapting plans as needed.
Analyze project performance to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement.
Champion the adoption of innovative technologies and project management best practices.

Travel Requirements: Less than 25%
Education
Minimum/Preferred 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree In Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum Certification In PMP, Agile (Scrum, Kanban), ITIL, or other relevant project management methodologies.
Preferred Certification in CISSP or CISM.
Experience
5 Years experience in technical project management.
2 Years experience in and proven track record of successfully leading large and complex technology projects.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Hands-on experience with agile and traditional project management methodologies
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence, Slack)
Highly developed leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English
Ability to analyze complex problems, think critically, identify solutions, and make timely decisions
Results-oriented
Adaptable
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
Possess strong ability to take initiati ve
Preferred experience in digital transformation projects
